A new park area is to be provided adjacent to the new Gaelic Primary School as part of a planning condition.

The developer orignally responsible has since gifted the land back to The Highland Council and now they are responsbile for meeting the planning conditions to provide a new park/amenity greenspace.

The project is currently in the very early stages with confirmation of land ownership and funding availability. The local Community Council are keen to be involved in the development of the area and greeninverness will be co-ordinating the project.

1. There will be sufficient access to the area.
2. The area will be a well used site by local people and school children.
3. Consultation will take place with relevant individuals and community groups.
